Sooooo I’m looking/poking around the idea of going vegan/veggie diet wise.
Problem: I can NOT eat soy or kale.AT ALL. It blocks the medicine that keeps me functioning.And from what I’ve seen most stuff is full of it or requires it etc.
So is there an alternative to soy…

Yep, almond milk, rice milk, broccoli, nuts, fortified fruit juice (best source of calcium for vegans), baked beans ^_^

Soy is in a lot of processed foods, so eat more simply. Lots of fruits, veggies, and grains.
